HALL’S RIFLE

Description

This Hall Rifle has been converted to a carbine by a Confederate arsenal in South Carolina. Information can be found in John Murphy’s book, Confederate Carbines & Musketoons. This carbine shows marks expected on the butt plate. Inside 1S11 crudely stamped. The pan fence has been used as a flash shield, etc. Wiper rod was cut and re-threaded.
