Very good condition. Scabbard is excellent, blade very good with some rough sharpening but still with excellent etching showing over all. Fine stag grip with good file work and engraving on pommel and counter guard. See yard stick for dimensions.

Spike Tomahawk https://bluestemantiques.com/product/spike-tomahawk/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=spike-tomahawk https://bluestemantiques.com/product/spike-tomahawk/#respond Sat, 17 Jul 2021 19:07:12 +0000 https://bluestemantiques.com/?post_type=product&p=107 This spike tomahawk was found in New Hampshire. It is quite old and has a 10.5 inch head and a 22 inch long haft. It does not have a makers touch mark. I believe this to be and 18th century tomahawk. I have been told that it is more Spanish in form than French or English. It does resemble a Spanish Colonial ox gode in the way the point was finished. I am asking 1800.  SOLD
